Investigation of Heat Transfer of Bulk and Thin-Film PbInTe Samples by the Method of Dynamic Gratings

Measurements of the thermal diffusivity thin and bulk indium-doped lead telluride have been taken using a modified method dynamic gratings. Thermal gratings were recorded by 20 ns pulsed laser radiation at wave length 532 nm. Dynamic 635 nm continuous radiation. The analysis diffraction signal kinetics made it possible to determine life-time in investigated samples. It is shown that use an additional homodyne field coherent with respect makes enhance filter off selected information component. Based on registered kinetic dependences diffracted intensity, film samples was determined. has established for micron-thick film, ten percent lower than sample. An investigation into dependence heat transfer said their temperature rise samples′ range from 40 95°C results 20-percent decrease diffusivity.
